We allow returns and exchanges as long as the customer's request is delivered to us by phone or email within 7 days of the order being received. Customers who picked up their items from our Warehouse or Showroom will have the 7 days counted from the date of collecting their order. Delivery clients' date will be counted from the date of signing, upon receiving the order from the delivery company. Please note that any requests later than 7 days cannot be accepted by us unless the client has special circumstances which prevent them from making a request within 7 days. As long as the customer makes contact with us to explain the situation, we can agree to extend to 14 days but only under special circumstances. Please avoid ordering products if you will be away and unable to check your order within 7 days. Any returns later than 14 days restocking fee will apply.
Once a return request has been made, a Return Request application form will be sent to the client to complete. All returned products must be packed in their original packaging and the original copy of the completed Return Request form must be with the returned product. Once the returned product has been received by our warehouse or showroom staff, notification will be emailed to the client. If returned personally, a stamped receipt will be given to the client. Once the returned item has been checked and found without defects, your refund request will be confirmed in full refund or full credit. Customers may not request the exchange model to be dispatched before the returned item has been returned. A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returned items if returned without its original packaging. The original freight charge is unrefundable for all return requests unless the product has been damaged in transit by the freight company.
Please note the following products cannot be accepted for return or exchange:
1, Clearance items with 50% off discount or more.
2, Any goods returned in a used condition. Exchange will not be approved. All returned goods must be kept unused for resale value.
3, Products that have been received for longer than 7 days. Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
