Pre-orders

When an item states that it is 'pre-order only' or if you choose an alternative colour / finish to current stock, your item will need to be ordered in specially from our overseas suppliers.

Due to varying manufacture and shipping times (and depending on your item) please allow plenty of time for your item to arrive. Although we endeavour to have your item arrive as soon as possible, 10 to 12 weeks on standard items and up to 14 weeks for custom made items is quite normal.

If the arrival time of your pre order is not a priority, we have early bird pre order discounts available. Our early bird pre order discount is up to 40% off based on the waiting time.

We also have layby payment options when choosing the waiting time in 16 weeks or more.
