Pick up Information

Local warehouse pick up

Pick up from our warehouse is always welcomed. Before coming to our warehouse to collect your items, please make sure your order has been paid in full and a warehouse collection paper ("Packing Slip") has been emailed to you. If no packing slip is presented to our warehouse team, you might have to wait for our warehouse staff to confirm the payment with our sales team. Our warehouse has no payment facilities like efpos machines, nor are they able to take cash as all payments are processed at our showroom. If you miss the chance to pay off your order before coming to pick up at the warehouse, please make sure to bring valid visa/master credit card with you, and then our warehouse team will phone us at the showroom so that you may pay over the phone and collect your item directly from the warehouse.

Client's own freight pick up

We welcome our clients' own freight company to collect their order from our warehouse. We require at least one day's notice as orders normally take a day for our dispatch team to inspect and package items prior to dispatch. Freight information, including the pick up date and name of the freight company or correspondent person's name, must be sent to our sales team by email.

Signature upon receipt of orders from the warehouse

All pick ups from the warehouse require the customer's signature on the collection sheet once the item has been viewed and inspected with the warehouse staff. As many of our product ranges are 100% handmade instead of machine made, the workmanship on different units of the same model may differ sometimes. Please note that your signature being given after the inspection is proof of the customer's satisfaction with the quality of the order when collecting from the warehouse. Any defect or damage reported after goods have been collected from the warehouse cannot be accepted for return or request for any compensation. Please carefully check your order when picking up.
